5Love this fireplace!

What a beautiful space heater. This heater throws a lot of heat and it's attractive. We've installed it in our finished basement that has no other source of heat (this is upstate NY people) and the heater keeps the room toasty. Well made, can't say enough about how much we like this heater.

This is a very nice electric fireplace for the money! It added a lot to our living room! The only thing I would have liked to see would have been a setting on the remote for the thermostat.

3good once we got it intact

I bought this item for my parents.It took 3 shipments to get one that didn't have broken glass doors. It was sent in two boxes but Amazon only sent 1 return shipping label. After numerous phone calls they finally understood and sent another. This happened with both of the returns.The product(once we got one that wasn't broken)worked well.My parents love the look and the warmth it produces.
